Deposit and balance paid will be fully refunded minus a $150.00 admin fee if cancellation is made prior to 60 days before the workshop start date. No refunds will be given if cancellation is made less than 60 days before the workshop start date. It is advised to get trip insurance.

If the cancellation is deemed a medical emergency, the participant is eligible to reschedule to another Workshop, or a refund minus a $150.00 admin fee will be considered. Documentation must be provided to support the claim.

John Deas Photography  shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any unexpected cancellation caused by, but not limited to acts of God, quarantine, or weather. If such an event were to occur, the participant will be credited for the next workshop. In these circumstance, there is no refund.

Travel Insurance: We are not responsible for refunding any costs associated with travel, lodging or incidental losses in the event a workshop is cancelled, or you back out for any reason. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you acquire travel insurance
